The store has been opened nearly a week now and it’s been great to see so many of you. Whether it be a quick visit to grab your morning coffee and pastry on the way to the station or a longer stroll around the aisles for the weekly shop, we hope you are enjoying shopping in your new Morrisons.
But we’d still like to hear your feedback. Did you find everything you needed? What do you like? Where could we improve? If you’ve shopped at Morrisons Royal Tunbridge Wells, tell us what you think below.

Not bad all in all, fresh veg wasn’t too fresh last Friday.
Your aisles are too close together, can barely squeeze two trolleys down them at the same time, made even more difficult when negotiating with a pram as well.
Some trolleys with baby seats in the car park by the parent & child parking spaces would be handy too…

Would be nice to have a few small tables and chairs, or perhaps bar-style seating, so customers can consume the fresh juices etc they have purchased from the juice bar.
Fresh fruit selection wasn’t great – hardly any strawberrries or blueberries. Veg looked lovely though and was really fresh.

You make no mention of where to park, this is most strange as most supermarkets have this on their web sites. Is there free parking near by or does one have to pay? If the latter do you give a refund with minimum puchase? When you have replied I will give you a visit!!

You see the photo of the store Clive? Parking is the 5 or so level car park on top of the store, see the sign in the photo giving directions to ‘Superstore parking off Vale Avenue. It’s pay & display until 6pm but Morrisons refund you an hour’s fare if you spend >£5 in store.

Why is the tunbridge wells store more expensive then there other stores (ie) crowborough?
They never have any of the hot cooked food they advertise, when you get a made sandwich there’s so much salad in it!!
And they always sell out of stock so the managers can’t be doing there job properly!!

I would like made to order baguettes instead of just wraps. Also the ready made salads and sandwiches are poorly stocked when I visit between 8.15 and 8.45 in the morning.

I would love to see Eggs for Soldiers in your store. They have them in Crowborough. A good cause, delicious eggs and I think it goes with the new Morrisons image.

Good store, I normally shop in your Crowborough store. I visited today and could not find:
1) Whole Earth gluten free cornflakes, you don’t appear to have a session “Free from” as you do in Crowborough and no condoms in the pharmacy section.
2)Vegetable and wine sections look nice.
3)Would you consider giving a rebate in car park charges if one spent, say, over £20.00
4) DVD/Blu ray section poor in comparison with Crowborough store.
5) Glad about upgrade of hand baskets in Crowborough store, this was long overdye.

Short use by dates…..No good if your doing a weekly shop…..ie went
on 7th all the items we needed and wanted were use by 9th.
Also Parking is a joke. Drove round 4 times to find space. It wasnt
because of the shop because it was quiet. Train travellers use it.
Wont be going again. Stick to the other Supermarkets easier and less stress.
